BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! more…
I’ve used Discount Filters for more than25 years. Love drinking clean water! I had an issue with my MATRIKX-CT02-HD20 filter. I changed 7/17/26 and usually I have great pressure for 6 months. In two and a half months my water pressure was significantly decreased which is a sign for me to change the filter. I called Discount Filters and spoke with Heidi. She gave me Dennis’s email address and suggested I contact him. Dennis answered my email within an hour and stated the can, can get a plug making it defective and suggested I contact where I purchased for a replacement. I called Heidi and she gave me a replacement filter plus I ordered another prefilter so the system will operate with new filters.
