I am in the midst of resetting my system (Mind, Body, Spirit) and part of my journey was a diet reset that called for Kitchadi. I know how to make the dish but I did not have the energy to cook as needed nor acquire the complimenting foods / teas. I had been following Divya's on IG for some time and decided to give her a try. So glad I did. Divyas has made the process of health very simple yet still providing the necessary nutrients. The packaging, guide, and products are all great.
