I like my 300M. I hear that the newer models rheostat is too easy to turn and can be turned up by accident easily. I do think for the price it should have come with a belt clip. It would also be great if dogtra offered a reduced price trade in program like some other brands

It has been great to use your training collars on our dogs. With the extensions on the prongs, it works fine on our Golden Retrievers and Border Collie. The best part is that once they know the command the “pager” reminder is enough. No need to “zap” them. The down side is in getting replacement batteries. They are not sold locally. It would be great if the stores that sell your Dogtra products sold replacement batteries too.

The first unit I purchased malfunctioned (wouldn't charge) and I had to return it to Cabelas for a replacement (which works fine).

3 years ago +- I bought the iQ Plus dog training collar within 2 months both collars stopped working. I replaced all batteries and reset codes they still don't work NOT HAPPY

Dogtra customer service is very good. My battery issue seems to be resolved. They were quick to send me a new battery charger.
