The web site page for shipping and handling is confusing. It asks for a promo code. When I went back a few pages I couldn't find what the promo code was. When I returned to the shipping and handling page I was no long offered a choice and I had previously had selected 2 days.

If I had not owned a Dogtra product in the past, I would not have made the purchase I did today. The info regarding the products is repetitive and not very informative. For example, the rotating dial for strength level, does it click in place, or does it rotate very easily, thus it could change when placed in a pocket while picking up dog poop with a plastic bag. Also, not all angles of the product are shown in the pictures, nor are all of the features/options described. Such as the toogle between N and C. I believe this is Nick and Constant, but one is never told.

Great product, horrible telephone customer service hours. Website is almost clearly navigable, but could be updated. Considering the LEO uses thks product, as well as non-LEO, it's surprising that live phone answering isn't available 24x7... like the people work, whom protect js.

The collar/product itself is good. However, Just be aware when you order online for replacement parts, i.e. battery, for shipment. I requested Priority mail and its the longest priority mail ever. If I had paid extra for overnight maybe I would have gotten it within 3 or 4 days of ordering. I purchased battery on 8/14/17 and as of Friday 8/18/17 I still have not received. Not its saying I should expect delivery on 8/19 but so far each day the date changes.

Order shipped and arrived on time. The band was larger than what fit our collar so we had to trim it to fit. I wish I had known the collar was going to require retrofitting.

I orders tiny rubber stoppers for the transmitter and collar Cost less than a dollar. They charged $8.00 for shipping! Come on, they could have been put in a first class envelope and sent with a regular postage stamp.
