Shaun answered all my questions I had before purchasing anything extremely quickly (within 10 minutes of my email) and gave me exactly what I needed. Absolutely fantastic customer service!

Amazing - called and talked to a great lady who worked my problem and despite being just out of warranty offered to ship me a replacement collar. Sent me an e-mail ups code, took it to an ups store and shipped it no issues. That same day a replacement was shipped to me. Outstanding customer service - highly recommend Dogtra collars and their product support!

I needed a part for our collar. Shaun answered my call, immediately understood what I needed, and facilitated it by sending me a link specific to the part I needed so I could click on it and order the part. Awesome service!

I have been using Dogtra products for the last few years and they've always performed perfectly. I recently had my first technical issue. After failing to solve it myself, I sent an email to Dogtra. Within an hour Shaun got back to me with the solution. Now I can say I'm happy with the customer service Dogtra provides as well!
