My zipper is already broken not working ???

Yes, it does seem to be high-quality, however two of the measurements were off by a full inch, & when it comes to handbags, this can make a significant difference. I thought I was getting a large bag but it barely qualifies as medium size. Also, the main reason I bought it, was the multi colored totem design, yet when I received it, it simply blended in with the color of the bag itself. I was told that in order to return it, the shipping would cost $60!! They did refund me $20, but now I'm stuck with a bag I have no intention of carrying. I will not purchase from this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

Do not like the purse I bought you say it is leather doesn't look like leather to me
