Whatever you do, believe all of the bad reviews. Item was never received and if it ever does come, I’m expecting it to look nothing like what I thought I ordered based off of these reviews. Company offers 10 and 15 percent off discounts of 2 month long shipping times on items with awful quality. Save your money or spend it elsewhere.

Ordered 23 January, today is 8 March and havnt received order that I paid $198 for. Do not recommend.

This company is completely fake along with their reviews. Their customer service is non-existent and these products are a total scam. Do not order from them. You will lose your money.

Das sind nicht unsere Gesichter, Gelogt mit schnelle Lieferzeit und am Ende 4 Wochen gewartet . Es sind nicht unsere Gesichter , Ohrringe ran gezaubert wo keine sind Haare gemacht so sind sie nicht. Absolute Katastrophe und die Verarbeitung geht gar nicht . Gelbe Streifen über das ganze Gemälde !! Wir haben probiert unser Geld wieder zu bekommen , null Einsicht naja und was soll ich sagen wir bleiben darauf sitzen ... nein danke nie wieder !!!

Warte seit 8 Wochen auf mein Paket. Das ist selbst für internationel Versand nicht mehr tragbar. Finger weg. Ich weiss jetzt schon das die Ware auch Müll sein wird für den Preis den man bezahlt. Bei den hohen Preisen erwarte ich Ware aus Europa aber nein es ist China Ware und wird auch aus China verschickt..

Unless you want grief, I wouldn’t order with them again. There was no information on shipping, cancellation policy. After paying £10 for an order and waiting for a few weeks, my order isn’t even left yet. When I asked for a refund, I got threatening emails saying there will be a 70% cancellation policy so I better not cancel. This was supposed to be our 10th wedding anniversary present and now I’m out of money and no gift. Never again.

Scam right there, they do not follow the image you send and will stitch a different dog in a different color and if you make a mention of it they will say that some details are not accurate (which could be expected, it's stitching). I can understand that, but I received a different color of hair and a different dog all the same, for the price of that hoodie, it's a bit much.. When the issue was raised, they offered 10% off... Appreciate the gesture but I am just after what I paid for. This place is a joke. Please be careful if you are going to get something from them. The gift receiver did not even realise it was her dog.
