Scents are good and strong but every month I feel I have to track down my shipment.

Well, the smell after the first one was not as strong and the ones after were not good also. Very disappointed in the smells. Plus they were coming so fast couldn’t keep up with the billing either and seemed like I was charged after I cancelled drift.

Honestly the product doea not last long . Maybe a week tops . Next they are never ontime with monthly orders, they are about 3 weeks past your due date .

First I love the scene they are great. But my issue is when ordering it automatically puts you on a subscription every month. Then when I emailed an asked to please cancel my subscription but please send me my order they cancelled my whole order which I did not want. But whatever

Terrible customer service, emailed regard subscription enrollment that I did not consent to, and would not respond for over 2 months and counting, and did not receive refund or any type of reconciliation. Will not be purchasing again

The scent ordered for a Chistmas present was great; but, I did not realize had enrolled in a subscription. I received 2 or 3 unwanted delivers.

I’ve made two requests to pause my subscription. I’ve yet to receive any confirmation and I’m still being charged. Apparently those requests aren’t being honored.

The wall freshener is ok. The smell is very faint if you are in a closet. The car freshener not so much PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. NO SCENT WHAT SO EVER
