I am on my second 3-month order with Trade Coffee, and I am SO pleased with my experience! The coffee I have received has been delicious and it arrives within 1-2 days of when I get the text telling me it is being roasted. I have enjoyed every bag that I've received so far, but when I gave feedback on the second bag that I didn't like it as much as the first, they offered me a free replacement bag of a different coffee, and gave several suggestions that were similar to the first bag to choose from. I LOVED the second bag and now my flavor profile is more aligned with the bags I have loved the most. The price an quality of the coffee is great - cheaper than what I normally buy at the grocery score (with subscription discount) and I love the variety I get without having to pick out new coffees myself. Great experience all around!

So far I have received really great bags of coffee. I love the variety of brewers and cities they come from and the knowledge that Trade shares about these brews. I've enjoyed every cup so far!

I switched to Trade recently after several years of buying from a local roaster. When that purveyor started getting my order wrong multiple times in a row, even after I emailed the company explaining the issue (I specifically requested medium-roast beans and received light-roast beans for 4 of 5 orders), I searched for a new provider using Reddit and other platforms. I’ve been very happy with the beans I’ve received via Trade from a variety of of roasters. And when one order included a light roast, Trade immediately resolved the issue. I’d recommend Trade.
