Avoid like the plague, COVID, or your ex
Holy crap, this is without a doubt the most jacked up experience I've had dealing with a company that's supposed to make things easier. I've been in manufacturing for over 25 years, doing drop shipping for quite a few retailers. One of my customers wants to start using this system, so I'm working on integrating my existing EDI system to work with it. You can't get a quick answer on anything, everything has to be done with chat or e-mail, I'm only on step 7 of their 11 step training system, and I'm already deep into the 3rd e-mail chain of where their system is screwed up. I have wasted so much time dealing with this company that I'm almost ready to tell me customer that I can't supply them if they're going to use this buggered up program.
