E-file was easy to use
E-file was easy to use. This was a plus for me, as I haven't filed in a few years since retirement. Would definitely recommend to anyone who qualifies to use E-file!

simple and easy to use
simple and easy to use. when i first filed with them my return had been rejected but they told me what i was missing and it got fixed and was accepted on the 22nd of jan.

I missed something on my state return but couldn't figure out how to go back and add it. Support request replied within about 3 hours and gave instructions on how to correct it.
