Eventually customer services helped track down what happened with our missing packages.

Overall a very helpful service! the only problems I have are when I drop off packages at DHL they usually look at me funny but are still helpful.

Customer service was great and was able to answer all my questions. I appreciated that I was even able to get my answer at 11pm Alaska time. However, I did have to wait in queue for about 1.5 hours. I did have the option of asking my question and getting an email response later, but as I was mailing out my first batch the next morning, I wanted to make sure I got an answer before I went to bed. I also appreciate that I get an email transcript of our conversation just in case I need to refer to it again.

It wasn't clear if my package will be picked up when I check in my Account after waiting for a few hours for update. In the end, I just did a rescheduling.

I love printing labels from Homs and it is easy with Easy ship. Only thing i don’t like is I have to click on a lot of things to be able to print my label. Also there ou a lot of thing’s that if they could autofill it would be better.

Helped my package get shipped out.
