I bought from ebook on August 29th 2019. I was desperate for an ASL book I needed (luckily it wasn’t the textbook) and I didn’t have enough funds to spend on it in the store as it was more expensive and I had other bills coming out. I usually like to buy or rent my books versus using student loans for them. Anyways, I never got an email with the link to download the book so I had to spend some more money getting it from another website as an ebook. At first I thought that maybe it was taking a few minutes for the ebook link to be emailed to me and then I thought it ended up in the spam folder but it didn’t. I was not very happy but I also should’ve just opted for the other website from the beginning and saved $17.99. I recommend you just avoid ebook.

Ebook sent me the wrong book and refused to answer any emails when I reached out to them for a correction or refund. Further, their phone number on the website is bogus. It's been over a month and I'm out $25.00 and had to order the correct text from another site. The website states they have a "foolproof" system. WRONG!!

Purchased an e-book from this site, it was cheaper than anywhere else. The order confirmation page didn't contain any download link as promised. I wrote to their email support, waited for almost a day, no answer. Then I contacted them via FB messenger. Finally got a reply and a link to the book to download. It took more than 36 hours. If it wasn't the low price, I would better buy from some bigger e-book retailer to get it instantly.
