My Trader ID: 21348 My Balance Inside: 251.25 USD Sir today is 26 days my ID is showing "ACCOUNT IN THE PROCESS OF DELETION". Since 23 September I cannot login, I cannot trade. Sir you replied me on 8th day (30 September) and said "escalated to senior team, immediate action". Again you replied on 16th day (6 October) and said "escalated again as high priority, monitoring closely". Sir today is 26th day, 10 more days passed after your last reply, still no one restored my ID. Still my money is stuck. Still I am getting no reply. Sir please believe me, I NEVER clicked delete. I never wanted to delete my account. I love Zynex platform. I want to trade here my whole life. Sir this 251.25 USD is not just money for me. This is my everything. This is my important money. I collected this money with so much pain and hard work. If I don't get this money back, I will be in huge problem in my life. I am in full depression for 26 days.
