What a fantastic place to order from! I stumbled across them online looking for a CD player. They had a great offer on one I was looking at. I had to wait for payday to order it and I actually missed the sale. I contacted them through email and they responded super quickly. They actually honored the sale price. What big box store would do this? None of them! I had an issue with the first unit I purchased. Again, super fast communication. Returned and replaced without hesitation. Replacement works great. I'm completely blown away by how good these people were to me. Player was quickly shipped and service was outstanding. This is a family owned company that deserves your business. They'll have mine on my next electronics purchase.

We ordered an open box SVS SB-1000 Pro subwoofer for savings over a factory direct model. When it arrived in double double wall boxes there was absolutely no indication that the box had ever been opened, Every piece of packaging was original factory along with the power cable and manual. Nothing had been repacked and there was absolutely no evidence that the box had ever been opened. Outstanding!

I have a home theater set up with surround sound speakers, flatscreen TV, Roku, Verizon box, and Philips Hue light system. Bought a new receiver at a big box store and had their techs set it up. They had to come back four times and canceled last minute an additional time. Each time the tech said that he was really a computer guy but thought he could do it. Problems each time. Then I called the Paramus Electronics Expo. Andrew came out and did some very complicated troubleshooting and figured out the problem and corrected it. He was professional, friendly, thorough and extremely knowledgeable.

Was able to easily order the product online, the delivery time frame was accurate, the product arrived as described in new condition and was in original packaging. I would feel comfortable ordering from Electronics Expo again.
