Great training on the recruiting process for MBA students of varying backgrounds and how to be prepared both qualitatively and quantitatively. Kaushik gives unique access to the minds of private equity professionals and how they think about recruiting young talent.

I took the training at UVA Darden a few days ago. Kaushik is extremely knowledgeable and insightful. His presentation is focused on what participants actually need to succeed. He managed to both cover a ton of material and engage substantively with individual participants.
