Overcharged and took advantage when he could. He left no receipt, no itemization, no for warning of what it was gonna cost. Very unprofessional don’t call these people. They scammed a lot of of others. you can think you’re calling a reputable business, but somehow it goes to these ruthless people and don’t get this business mixed up with elite lock and key. Very different.

Please don't trust what the staff tells you from Elite lock Smith on the phone they charge for a 5 minutes job 8 times the price they said on the phone because I was surprised 3 days of you wedges (if you are in the minimum wedges) the young man was unpolite and locked me out again.i Suggest if you get a person like that called the police. The man charged me more because he was 2 hours away so they don't tell the truth.is that right? The staff from Elite lock Smith on the phone tell you it's 15 minutes away. Can they do that?in the website they said you only wait 25 minutes but it is not true i have to wait with a neighbour 3 long hours after being working myself. It's better to do a course for this kind of situation and leave the materials with the neighbours so if you called then at 21:27 you will be at home in 5 minutes. Please leave all the reviews and prices of all locksmith before you call.
