Edited from previous review: We did initial have a communication issue but this has been rapidly resolved. Thank you Endoca for responding, being so courteous and kind. Your service is outstanding.

Hi Joshua, I'm very sorry to hear this. We did receive your messages last year asking about shipping, and our customer care team member Max explained the timeframe of when to expect your shipment because of the complicated shipping situation shipping to Australia. Unfortunately we're not informed if any items are sent back or not making it to their destination, especially Australian shipments, however, in any case, we are looking into this and ensure that your needs are taken into account. Please look out for an email from our team shortly. The good news is that we have now succeeded in ensuring a wait of no longer than 3-5 days delivery time for our Australian customers, so whether you choose to reship or get a refund, we'll make sure this is actioned out as soon as possible. Wishing you all the best, Leora Endoca Team
