Takes a little time to enter in all the info, BUT well worth the savings of 3-3.5% in realtor fees. Not a bad idea to contact a lawyer to see what issues can incur in the selling process.

Jason was the broker and was great. Paid only 2% in commission and the small listing fee. Saved lots and was great. I have used this before and will again in the future.
