Took a long time to arrive. I am trying to return item for full refund. Very cheap. They offered me 5.00 What the heck!

The website gave every indication the product would ship within the US. When payment went through there was an exporbitant amount of “sales tax”. Tracking information emails showed product shipping from overseas, and credit card statement indicated payment was received overseas as well. When package arrived at the Post Office, it had a fraudulent label attached, requiring postage due.

Ordered two summer bras at $14.95 each and paid extra for express shipment. Took three weeks to arrive. In arrival one bra was perfect size but the second was very small. Both were made in china even though from USA. Asked for a refund on second bra and was offered $5 in compensation which I refused then offered $7 as it would be too expensive for me to return to the warehouse to get a refund! Still waiting for a full refund or replacement bra in the right size.

If I could put minus 100 ..I would.. They advertised a printer with paper..it read as such.. Year-end sale 49% OFF ≥* XenGro Mini Portable Sticker Printer with 5 Rolls Paper Rolls Paper*15 USD $ 25.99 They tell me the printer is not included in that ..and they sent me just 15 rolls of paper… Would you pay that much money just for paper…they are scammers

The sizes are way off and my 5XL was way too tight to fit. When I tried to return it, they offered a few bucks back in USD, not even close to what was charged, and advised shipping back to China was very expensive. There was no mention that the items were not returnable. Very disappointed!!

Ordered then for 2-3 weeks I got emails to track my order, coming from Ireland, at customs in US, sent to North Carolina (I live outside of Houston). No word for 2-3 weeks so I inquire and get another email with tracking thru another company showing my order originated in WUHAN, CHINA!!! then went to Shanghai then Chicago (none of the other locations mentioned in previous tracking) and had been delivered to me 1 week before. I emailed copies of the 2 different tracking companies and told them get my package to me now or these looked like fraud and I would report to my credit card company and dispute the charges. I received an apology and full refund credit.
