Shipping is too expensive
Shipping is too expensive. The shipping cost was the same price as the small bag of spikes I bought!

Little bit complicated
Little bit complicated - having to check out then place order separately - shipping shows up when you don't need it.

You may not have much control of shipping charges, but a 20 dollar charge for shipping a 2K discus seems a little extreme! I have purchase other items that weigh in the 5 pound range and it is half that price?

Expensive and doesn't sell all age levels - shipping isn't free with code had to use a different discount code.
Wish you sold 2kg shots, turbo javelins and I think some of your prices are a little expensive. When I used the free shipping code it was still charging me $56 for shipping... either it is free or it is not... Probably will limit my shopping with your company because of it.

Hello Brian- I do apologize for all the issues you had on the websites. Just so you are aware, we do sell 2k iron shots and Turbo Javelin. They are located in the Throwing department on our site. As far as the shipping, unfortunately we are no able to provide free freight on the track wagon you purchased since that is considered oversize. Also, we do have promotions that run all year round and it does look like you took advantage of the Spend More Save More and received 20% off this order. Ridiculous shipping price.
Ridiculous shipping price. I ordered a 1K discus and an aluminum hammer handle. Your estimated shipping came up as $7.25, when I went to checkout, the only cheapest option (UPS Ground)was almost $26.00!! I needed the item so I went ahead. I feel like this had to be wrong but I had no other option?! Maybe you owe me some kind of refund?? I was able to contact customer service and the problem was quickly and professionally rectified. Very pleased with the results!

Hello Brian- I looking into rectifying this issue and I see that Erin was able to help. Currently our website calculates the percentage of the subtotal. In most cases this benefits the customer, but in this case it doesn't. In the future, if there are any shipping questions, please contact us and we will resolve the situation. Good products
Good products, occasionally at a decent price (sales only). False advertising about "free shipping" for a sale, then for half the products turns out that's a lie. Application of wrong tax rate always higher than the local rate. Not cool. But, again, good products. And good service when I've had to contact them
