I am writing to file a review against excelits.com, a company that I believe has engaged in fraudulent business practices. I was referred to this company through Sulekha.com for Clinical Research Associate (CRA) training and job placement services. Details of my complaint are as follows: Initial Contact: I originally searched for CRA training on Sulekha.com and contacted them for information. Referral: The Sulekha team connected me with excelits.com, which offered training and job placement services. Payment: I paid $1000 to excelits.com for their program. They attached to a person in India for training which is a worst experience. They don't have software to practice and no formal training. Lack of Service: After completing the training, I have been unable to contact the company. They appear to have blocked my emails and are not answering my calls. Current Situation: I am now in a position where I cannot reach the company at all, despite having paid for services that include job placement. Company Information: Company Name: excelits.com Email: harry@excelits Email: manoj@excelits Phone Numbers: 734-789-4227, 410-701-2679 I believe this company has failed to deliver the services promised and has intentionally cut off communication to avoid fulfilling their obligations. This behavior suggests fraudulent intent and a violation of consumer protection laws.
