I can only eat half of one so maybe I need to look for a smaller dose gummy. Also, I don't love the larger sugar crystals on the gummies but overall, they are yummy and effective!

The only thing is, that it doesn’t help me fall asleep, but once I do cal asleep, I sleep throughout the night. I don’t get up 4-5 times a night anymore.

I've ordered my first order of CBD & THC from exhale and I'm sure I will order again. I'm new to the CBD and THC gummies so I'm still experimenting with dosages. I gave a 4 star rating because I find the Exhale products to be a bit pricey compared to the prices in the many local Canibis shops where I live. I'm looking forward to purchasing more Exhale Products.
