Purchase process was great. Easy to shop and shipping was quick with accurate tracking. However upon getting the club plane it flew great out of the box but broke on first landing. The foam split open at the nose and now the propeller pops of when it turns on. Disappointed with how fragile this is for a beginner aircraft. Only flew for a couple minutes before becoming un flyable

I ordered my grandson the F16 Falcon Fighter Plan with lights. The propeller broke and ordered the parts that were recommended at the time I made the purchase and all parts propellers, landing gear and batteries were incorrect. So then ordered what I thought would be right for propellers and again they were incorrect. It would be nice if the parts that were recommended were attached to the correct airplane. Needs improvement on spare part recommendations.

Had a problem with the RC car after only a few uses. Worked with customer service and explained what was going on. Finally Evelyn got a new car sent to us. Hoping this one last longer.

I never received half my order.

I liked the possible choices that have potential to replace many of the qualtiy standard but discontinued.

The communication with shipping info was a little off... I waited two weeks for my item to show and on the day I received it I got the shipping confirmation shortly there after??? And there email response lagged a little bit other then that everything else was ok.
