Smashed my finger helping with a box. Not bad, just a little blood. One of the movers from Express Lane Movers had a band-aid in his wallet. Handed it over without slowing down. Used his other hand.

I'm a teacher and i was moving during my only free week. Showed up in old sweatpants with coffe stains. Movers in San Bernandino, CA didn't care. One guy asked what grade i teach. When i said middle school, he just said 'God bless you'. Felt seen.
