Easy to order. Good selection of frames at very reasonable prices. I did think that the turnaround time was a bit longer than some other places I’ve ordered from on line, but not unreasonable.

Overall pretty easy. It took a few tries to enter my eye doctor and even then I needed to get a copy to send it separately.

I loved that I was able to use my vision insurance and easily purchase a new pair of glasses. I have progressive lenses and they were always so expensive to buy through the eye doctor. This was an easy process, great price and quick delivery!

The process of ordering and receiving was easy. I will have to take time to get used to the glasses and verify that my prescription is correct.

I was happy with the experience. It was easy and I received the glasses quickly. I wish there was a better way to know the size of the glasses. I have a large head and would like to shop larger glasses. I took a chance on the glasses I ordered. Maybe the customer could order 3 different frames for a try on and then send the frames back. I will order from Eyeconic again. I might research the frames differently.

Got the order, but delivery changed multiple times and it was hard to coordinate the time of delivery.

Your website is very difficult to use. Buttons just don't work doesn't matter how many times we click them. There's something wrong. I have mentioned this before. Please fix it. You will lose business because it takes 10x the time to get any order input
