Having purchased a pair of specs it was disappointing I had an issue with one arm coming off. On writing to eye-keeper they offered to replace or exchange which Ive requested. Many thanks Eyekeeper good service. Kind Regards David

What fantastic customer service. I had an issue with my glasses & was contacted within 24 hours by Winnie who was very professional & 3 days later I received a replacement pair. There’s no doubt that Eyekeeper has a customer for life in me. You’re foolish if you don’t try them.
