Despite the first set of glasses breaking, Winnie who dealt with my query sorted me out with replacement glasses which arrived promptly and are working perfectly.

Had an issue where two pairs of glasses broke within days at the frame joints but after leaving a poor review the company reached out to myself promptly to enquire further on the damage and asked for photos which I provided. They have then asked for a further review after reimbursing £4.00. Though disappointed with having to dispose of two of the six pairs of glasses, very impressed with their prompt response and acknowledgment of looking at the issue. A very professional business
