Sending mine back at Amazon.
When we sign into their website, it says the serial number that came on the side of glasses that came in the box from Amazon is not valid. Their online support was useless.

They fail to tell you that you have to pay monthly for an app to make it work.

Tried hard but could not get the thing…
Tried hard but could not get the thing to work. Ugh. Waste of time. Good in theory though.
