I could not enter my serial number but I was the one in error and EyeQue assured me they would help with whatever problem I had. Thank You for your speedy response.

At first, there was a difficulty in Wi-Fi connection, but the problem was solved with the help of eyeque, I ordered the glasses through online with the results of the eye examination with EyeQue device. I received the glasses with progressive lens today, wow!!! it's so unbelievable comfortable and I love it so much.

I never thought I would see the day you could check your vision with your phone. Takes some getting used to but works well.

To be honest, I think I accidently launched the app on my phone and never connected the vision check device. This resulted in a prompt to submit diagnostic data. I was not aware that I had done this and thought the app may have "self-detected"? an issue so I submitted the data. Support was very responsive as they were the one time I actually initiated contact.

Although not a certified optical service it proved interesting and the glasses let you see how the script effects your vision.

I sent an email to ask a question on a Saturday. By Monday morning I received an email response - thorough, specific, personalized and courteous. Not the answer I was hoping for, but perfectly understandable, acceptable, and well-delivered! All communications and updates regarding their Kickstarter campaign have been timely, informative, and straightforward. I've owned one of their devices for several years now. From all of my experiences, this is definitely a trustworthy organization. (I have no affiliation with them other than as customer and Kickstarter participant.)
