There was a little confusion with the shipping company, understandable as I live in a very new neighborhood. I reached out to EyeQue and they responded quickly, were helpful and professional. I did receive my device on the date promised and it was a fantastic experience overall.

No hassel returns. Quick reply from customer service. Product is great, I had to return because I had hard time obtaining my prescription with the EyeQue due to my astigmatism.
