Where do I even begin. I went to 4 lenders and they all couldn’t help a very difficult situation we were in. I spoke to Hannah at Family First and immediately she began working for us. Endless conversations and ways to get our family into a home after we had to suddenly leave our previous home due to black mold. I told Hannah our situation and she worked so hard to get us the home we needed. I have never met a more trust worthy and dependable lender. She has went above and beyond for our family and it payed off! Hannah was professional yet loving and caring for our situation. She was effective and quick on everything, and still managed to do all of our her other duties. She quickly became a friend to my family. If I could gift her a million bucks I would!!!

By far one of the greatest purchasing experiences of our lives. My wife and I were not looking for a business with the biggest building in town, we wanted someone who would treat us like family. Chris and Erika were extremely professional, thorough, prompt, and best of all… caring. I never had to doubt that our interests were being considered from our first phone call for a pre-approval to hugs and handshakes after closing. Thank you Chris and team for loving what you do and for doing it so well. 24 days from offer to closing. We would do it all over again!
