Clark Cooper helped me with my reservations when I was put on standby and was able to transfer my flight to another airline. He was very polite and helpful in communicating along with ensuring I received the same accommodations as previously with free carryon.

I had trouble booking a flight on the Frontier app. Came across Fare Bee in my panic. My mother is on Hospice and I needed to get to her. David Parker explained how the special ticket works and did everything I needed to get a regular ticket including signing up for a wheel chair.
