You have to be aware of what this site is: they're basically a travel agency where they have sources for discounted tickets and make them available to consumers. While you can book tickets, they need to be confirmed first, which means there's a wait between reserving it and getting the final booking. That said, my experience was really smooth. I got tickets over the fourth of July weekend for a savings of around $300 per person, and the confirmed tickets came within 24 hours; I also asked a question via email and got a prompt reply. My suggestion is that you don't use them if you really need the fully confirmed tickets right away, but otherwise they're a great place to check for a cheap fare. I plan to do that in the future.
