Great service

Saprina Great serviceThank you very much for helping me really appreciate

I only gave it a 4 star as we are still waiting to see if our emotional therapy dog will be permitted to fly with us. We were told we would know in 48 hrs and it has been a week.

Over all courteous people. Scope to improve with information and clarity in payment methods, which wasted most of my time ... However, finally support executive Mr. Andor helped with multiple options though quite long wait on call.

Was a bit frustrated with the process but it all turned out well.

The service your representative Enrique was very helpful and kind.

FIRST TIME USE-VERY GOOD. Assistant Enrique did a great job carrying me through details.
