We had some language perhaps accent issues. Was not told return flight times to choose from before it was booked. But very polite and got it done. However more expensive than other sites I’ve used. I was having issues booking one one way and two round trip traveling with disabled elderly mother. He was very understanding and helpful.

My agent was Carl and he navigated through some complex links to set up our flights.?we had discount codes from Alaska Air that he had to find but it all worked out. I would have given 5 stars but the entire process took 50 minutes which is too long
