This was delivered promptly, quickly put together. The spline on the PTO did not fit my Kubota tractor.

Customer service was real helpful. A few things didn’t go as they should but customer service straighten it all out.

I would have given five stars but when I picked up my unit the RM 20 unfortunately it was operating intermittently. I reported this and was given a different unit of which has been working perfectly accomplishing everything I had hoped. Had not I’ve been required to exchange the unit. It would’ve been five stars. Good people to work with quite accommodating. I totally recommend Farmry.

Very good communication and a quality product at a great price! The only issue I had was that the crate was flimsy and the mower came out of the crate during shipping and some of the brackets that come disassembled with it were loose in the crate and scratched up the unit pretty much. All cosmetic but nonetheless could be prevented with better packing for shipping. I’m very pleased with the product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a mower attachment for their tractor.

Wasn’t notified the shipping date. Other than that it is awesome.
