Excellent customer service! I am very satisfied with my new glasses. The prescription and progressive lenses are perfect and the glasses are very comfortable. Unfortunately, the lenses arrived with a few tiny scratches, but Firmoo customer service responded very quickly and offered an extremely fair and generous solution. I was allowed to keep my glasses and received a voucher for a new pair. The communication was friendly, fast and professional. This is how customer service should be! Honestly I was kind of suspicious about buying glasses online, but as this company was rated very good on Trustpilot, I gave it a try, and I didn't regret it. The ordering process was quite easy, the delivery happened in around 10 days and the glasses fit perfect and give me a perfect view - and all this for a very good price. Ich habe heute meine 2 Sonnenbrillen von Firmoo erhalten. Ich hatte etwas Angst, dass sie nicht ankommen, aber es hat alles super geklappt. Die Qualität ist sehr gut und ich habe 2 Brillen vom Preis von einer bekommen. Ich liebe, dass es möglich ist die Brillengläser auszusuchen. Die Brillen spiegeln nicht, sodass man seine eigenen Augen im Inneren sieht, die Brillengläser sind wertig. Bin wirklich wirklich sehr zufrieden.
