Their assembly instructions were near perfect but I would have appreciated better explanation on where a the cables should go as I put the handlebars on. Otherwise I love my new bike!

After shopping some of the local bike shops, I was left feeling the choices of “cruiser” bikes a bit limited. So I shopped online to see what was getting the best reviews. Firmstrong was coming up at or near the top in every list and when I got to their website I liked what I saw. There was an obvious level of design quality I didn’t see at the local shops and I liked being able to customize before ordering. Once the bikes arrived, my initial feelings about Firmstrong were confirmed - sturdy, great quality, simple and comfortable.

Absolutely love them! We have the male and female 7 speed Urban. Easy riding and very eye catching. We always get compliments on our red “riders”.

Very well built bike. Easy shifting. If you leave it outside like I do just be prepared to scrub the rust off the handlebars. But that's all bikes. We definitely buy again.
