Parts of the bike i received was damaged. took forever to contact customer service. & then was billed for delivery of replacement parts

I received my bike by mail and could not figure out how to put it together, hence off to the bike shop t spend additional $$$. I’ve only ridden a few times and do not enjot it at all. Looking to possibly trade or sell it. Won’t ever buy one over the internet again!

Wheels out of true, brakes not aligned to rim and not centered. Cost me close to $100 at my local bike shop to get the bike running okay. Beachbikes.com gave my credit card a credit, which was great, but the shape the bike arrived in made me really wish I'd bought at a local bike shop. I won't do it again.

Back rim cam bent so the tire is wobbly.

Ordered two bikes. Both were received with damage. Customer service very slow to send replacement parts. Not a good experience for rather expensive bikes.
