I get an email to rate firmstrong! Considering the company couldn't even bother to reply to my original email I have given you a 1☆ rating!

Honestly the worst buying experience I ever had. Bike they said they had they couldn't find, arrived late every with rush shopping, and finally when it did arrive it had a large dent in the back fender. I would rate lower than one if possible. Customer service was a nightmare and completely unapologetic.

How did you get this email address. I do not have an account with nor have I purchased anything from firmstrong.com. I have visited the website, but that is it. I never signed up to receive emails.

Bikes came damaged, wheels not straight on either of the bikes. For that high price we were hoping for high qualiy bikes not CHINA made bikes that cannot even last one season.

Poor customer service. Anne did not respond to emails sent over a 3-4 week period regarding a bent sprocket. I finally said I’d fix it on my own. She offered to pay, I declined, too little too late.
