The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I'm just starting and am still a little nervous and wary. I will reserve my final review when I'm all done.

I found that working with Julio was very easy while he was obviously busy he took the time to let me know what was going on as he was compiling the forms and anything that was needed in order to process my claim. He also did his best to make sure that the day I called was the day that my claim was processed.
