My honest opinion at 1st about the site was not very good because of an issue I had with booking a flight, but I also know that their is no such thing as a perfect company. To me where it makes a diffence is how the company rectifies the problem. Thanks to Myra I give this company 5 stars, because in my Opinion it’s employees like her that are what make a company great. Her customer service is excellent. I expect that she get recoginized or compensated for the excellent employee that she is.
