Above and Beyond Customer Service.
Due to a glitch in the system, my flight was not booked, even though I was sent a confirmation email. After a phonecall, Ron William at Flightsbird quickly rectified the situation and booked me on another flight. Great customer service, I highly recommend this company. Christopher P.
