The amenities were excellent and the grounds were well-kept. We had a great time during our stay. The condo was well maintained and clean.

The house had everything that we wanted and was beautiful, spacious and clean. The location and private pool were excellent. Several amenities were provided. The property manager was prompt in his response. We would highly recommend this property.

Location. Beautiful view from all 3 decks. Directly on beach. Home with everything you need, even spices. Several restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed every day there. Breathtaking sunrise and sunsets over emerald gulf.

the villa we rented at lake berkley was excellent. we had to stay in for a couple of days due to hurricane ian but this wasnt bad at all as the villa had everything to keep us entertained especially my teenagers. during the hurricane the villa management company kept in touch with us a couple of times a day and we couldnt ask for more from them. the villa was well equiped with cooking equipment, bedding, towels, pool table,darts,board games, games consoles, football table, netflix. we really couldnt have picked a better villa and what made it really special was getting to watch a shuttle launch in the distance from our very own pool

I’ve been visiting and vacationing in SW Florida for over 20 years. This was my first visit and stay in the Panhandle and Cape San Blas. We stayed at A Tropical Breeze for 5 nights with immediate family (parent, siblings, children, and grandchildren). The beach house was so spacious and we all had our own bedroom and private bathrooms. The elevator was especially helpful for moving luggage in and out and for my elderly mother to have easy access to go outdoors. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and dishware and cookware that you will need for making your own meals. There is also a gas grill for cooking outside. I would definitely recommend staying at a Tropical Breeze for your next family vacation. The house sits right on the beach (with a short walk over the dunes to get to it). They have plenty of outdoor chairs for use by the guests and an enclosed lanai on both floors with plenty of seating for relaxation and visiting. The views of the sunset are pretty spectacular also! There is plenty of indoor activities for cooler or rainy days with DVD’s, board games and books. We made such special memories with our family during our stay and look forward to coming back for another visit in the future.
