High Flow Coaching January 2024 Cohort I took their 12-week course for coaching peak performance and I enjoyed every step of the experience. I enrolled in the 'Zero To Dangerous' program from FRC to learn how to achieve a flow state on demand. The program promises increased efficiency in every aspect of life. I can confidently say that the experience surpassed my expectations. It enabled me to manage my biology more effectively, substantially impacting my performance.
