Avoid this company it’s a full on scam! Plus I think they’re trying to resell used product! The customer service is a disgrace and they are full on breaking the law by violating your consumer rights and the sales act.

I ordered a product and it never arrived. They even answered my emails, but I think everything is fake, because I send them my right data and nothing happened. I just wasted my money.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS CO. Bad product and HORRIBLE customer service. Bought both the Eye Brow Serum and the Eye Lash Serum. The Lash serum was basically empty when I received it, nothing came out from day one. I've left two emails for them - they have NO customer service phone line....I don't wonder why. They're clearly avoiding and don't want to deal with returns. I've since read SO MANY BAD REVIEWS of them not filling orders, bad smelling product, no response, etc. Def regret giving them my business. My daughter, as well as two of my friends, has stopped buying their products. There are so many other companies out there that stand by their great products with great customer service. **I see they responded that I should "Send them a message, so they can issue a replacement." Excuse me, but I've sent TWO messages already. FOR CHICS - YOU should try some basic customer service and REPLY TO MY MESSAGES. If you had ANY intention of "issuing me a replacement" you would have contacted me and done that already. This response is clearly another way a making it APPEAR like you're planning to provide help. If you're are in fact planning to help, you can contact me any time.

They’ve the worse customer service! My package has not been delivered almost for 3 weeks, when I ask customer service to solve this issue for me they refer me to follow up with USPS. I asked for reshipment again their refer me to be more patient and follow with USPS. I paid $48 for something that I’ve never received. I’m having the worse experience with them

I ordered a wrong product and then wanted to cancel it to order the one I wanted. They didn’t cancel it, they just changed my order and now they don’t answer to my email anymore and I haven’t received any updates about shipping or tracking number!!! IT’S A SCAM

I ordered the product on 28th April 2021, and I still haven’t heard back regarding any shipping updates. I keep getting promotional emails one after another, but no concrete update on my order status. I’ve been hearing a lot around since, that this company is a scam and the products (even if they do deliver) don’t work as well as advertised. I’m still kinda hoping that the product shows up soon so at least I can try it for myself to judge its credibility. Nobody likes getting scammed.

I ordered the product 3 months ago. I then got an email saying that the product has shipped. I still haven’t received it. I emailed the company and they haven’t responded. I’m and afraid that this may be a scam.
