Excellent quality product, exactly as described, and I’m very happy with the purchase. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but the item arrived safely and in perfect condition. Overall, everything worked out well, and I’m satisfied with my order.

Hi Alex, We’re so glad your order arrived safely, in perfect condition, and exactly as described. We’re sorry it took a little longer than you expected to get there. Because fragrances contain alcohol, shipping regulations require them to travel by ground rather than air, which can sometimes mean a longer delivery time. We truly appreciate your patience and are happy to hear you were satisfied with your purchase. Thank you for choosing ForeverLux!

5 star is for customer service. This is first time I ordered something from this store. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, my parfum arrived damaged. But, as soon as I presented pictures to customer service, they issued the refund right away. Now days this is rare, because some businesses will do everything just not to refund the money. Thats why I will definitely order again from this store. Parfum that I received was authentical, but because of extreme heat it got damaged. Thank you to customer service for resolving this issue in a best manner possible.

Hi Natalia, Your review means so much to our team. We’re sorry the extreme heat affected your first order, but we’re very happy to hear that our customer service team responded quickly and made the refund process easy for you. Knowing that the service you received turned a disappointing situation into one that made you want to shop with ForeverLux again is one of the best compliments we could receive. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right!
