i got the phone interview within 72 hours like stated even though it was a holiday. very thankful.

I really appreciated the help of the salesman. He really knew I needed a small. I had originally ordered a large. He said the chart was off and I needed a small. I wish I had listened to,him. I ordered a medium. They are very expensive vest. They are good quality. However, the very first time our dog wore it she went into some tall weeds and the strap caught and all came unraveled. I was very up. Like I said they are very expensive. I do,appreciate all the help.

The quality was great and I got it faster then expected. The only thing I didn't like was the expensive shipping, it should not be $10.00 to ship an id card and tag.

Did not include my pup's picture on the certificate as requested. A bit disappointed on that.
