Good company incredible helmet but took a long time to get to me, and I'm still waiting on a care package from them. Would I order from them again? yes.

The prices are amazing. However, customer service was intermittent. Some were very good, read my entire email, answered all my questions. But others didn't respond appropriately at all. So I'd have to send another email and wait for a response. Response times weren't great so if a follow-up email was required it could turn into a multi-day ordeal. I've changed my review to 4 stars from 3. Since posting this I've had a lovely conversation with customer service. They acknowledged the error and are doing everything to make it right. Will definitely shop with them again.

Best customer service....it might take a while, it being they operate from the uk but if you're willing to wait, they'll work out anything to the best of their ability
